We are excited to announce that Marty Messer, Senior Director of vCloud Hybrid Service (vCHS) Client Experience at VMware, will be speaking at the TSANet 20th Anniversary event.
This event will showcase best practices for the management of multi-vendor support and training for the technologies that are common to many of our members.
Session: Supporting what's next
With every new era of technology one thing remains constant in the world of technical support - the need for innovation to keep ahead of the curve. Marty Messer, Senior Director of vCloud Hybrid Service (vCHS) Client Experience at VMware, will challenge your perceptions about the role technical support can play in the ever changing landscape of IT, and more importantly how innovative thinking can transform technical support from a cost of doing business to a high value differentiator for your company and customers.
