TSANet’s member meeting is an annual summit that brings together the support industry to share their ideas
and examine the best practices in multivendor support. Members gather to learn about the organization, provide
strategic input, explore new ways to resolve multivendor support issues and improve collaboration. Members
discussed their use of Closed Groups and strategic positioning of TSANet within their companies, including
several new relationships being formed, such as the Critical Situation and Pro-Active relationships, among others.
Jim Stroh, a consultant with Turning Point Solutions, and formerly with HP, as well as a former TSANet President,
presented this year’s keynote address. Several networking opportunities were available to attendees, including a
wonderful dinner cruise for all attendees aboard the Island Lady yacht. Everyone enjoyed the cruise and the
breathtaking sights of Miami’s shoreline, beautiful beaches, “Millionaire’s Row”, Coconut Grove, the Port of Miami,
and the amazing skyline of downtown Miami.
