PLEASE NOTE this is NOT a technical training event but a meeting targeted at decision making support centre managers/team leaders on how members have used the TSANet service offerings to compliment and increasingly replace their current bi-lateral and service level agreements.

In addition learn from members how they have formed and implemented Private and Closed group agreements/relationships with other TSANet members and their partners using the TSANet infrastructure to improve support to their mutual customers. Only with this knowledge will you be in a better position to save time and money in your support operations.
