TSANet Europe Members' Meeting - IBM Mainz, Germany, December 7-8 2005

Over the two days we had a variety of guest speakers who all gave their unique presentations around the theme of multi vendor support.

It would be impossible to single anyone out, each guest speaker was excellent. This was supported in the feedback comments from the attendees “Brilliant” “Extremely interesting” “Eye opener” “Hit the spot” “More of the same next year please!”

The many organizations presenting at Mainz 2005 ...
As always feedback from members is the information we use to drive forward TSANet. One of the feedback comments from our Europe AGM meeting in April was that members wanted to hear not only from the TSANet staff, but more importantly from the members themselves, on how they implement and use TSANet in their support centres in Europe and worldwide. Also from other external organizations and IT customers advocating 'best practice' in service and support.
Marguerite Bryan (HP), Darragh O'Ceallaigh (Panda Software)
“An excellent line up of guest speakers, it was really beneficial to see other vendors' approaches to TSANet implementation and customer surveys and the measuring of customer satisfaction.”
Hans van den Heuvel, Novell
