Dell was awarded the Business Development trophy for 2005
"Dell made some outstanding contributions to the TSANet organization during 2005”, said Colin Hughes (Symantec), Chairman of TSANet Europe. “Not only did they drive the formation of a new member training service, but also contributed to developing a return on investment (ROI) model that clearly demonstrates the value of TSANet to its current and future members. More TSANet members mean a better support network for all our members customers – it’s as simple as that.”
“Dell is delighted to receive this Business Development award” commented Peter Bosch, (Dell), Director of TSANet Europe.“This confirms our commitment to the support services industry; we recognize a mature approach to working with all IT systems providers is the best way to deliver service and value to our customers. TSANet helps provide the connections between support resources that would otherwise be difficult to locate and engage easily. That’s why we worked on the training and ROI projects – it helps us all, but most importantly it helps Dell to serve our customers better.”
Membership Growth 2005 award – was presented to Rob Schoon of webMethods for their continued steady stream of contacts of potential new TSANet members from their partner network which resulted in successful recruitment of new members in 2005.
