A 2 day meeting, Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th
May 2006
Who is invited to attend?
All company employees of TSANet member
companies.
This meeting is targeted at decision making
support centre managers/team leaders. TSANet is the only truly independent non
profit, vendor neutral, collaborative global support infrastructure. The
meeting serves as an important point in the TSANet calendar to update on
progress and discuss future direction, keeping the strategic focus on reducing
time to resolution for complex problems.
In addition you may wish to introduce one of
your partners to attend. Perhaps you work with a company that does not
currently belong to the Technical Support Alliance Network - why not bring them
along to hear about the services and value TSANet can bring to their

TSANet

Edwardian, Heathrow.
Please note that all hotel accommodation and travel costs will be
met by the attendee.

rate for standard single occupancy room accommodation is
£130.00/€190.83/$226.00 inc VAT and breakfast. A small number of upgraded rooms
are available for an additional ú10 per night on a first come first served
basis. Ask for upgrade availability when calling the hotel. If you require a
smoking room please ensure you state when booking.

What are the costs to me/my company of attending
the meeting?
There is no charge for attending the meeting.
There is no charge for lunch and refreshments during
the 2 day meeting.
There is no charge for attending the Social Evening
Dinner on Wednesday 10th May.
Attendees will be responsible for all travel costs.
Attendees will be responsible for arranging and paying
