Communities
There are two communities within
TSANet the product community and the service community.
Relationships:
Members have formed many
public and private groups with a common set of customer
requirements.
TSANet is the worldwide choice for seamless
collaborative support. Membership consists of more than
one hundred software and hardware companies, including industry
giants such as EMC, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Novell, Sun Microsystems,
Unisys, and Symantec.
TSANet is committed to focusing on the
multi-vendor support needs of its members to ensure that
they can provide the fastest, most reliable support in the
industry. Requirements are defined at members meetings and
as a result of member requests for additional structural
capabilities. These capabilities often result in the creation
of sub-groups with common needs (relationships).
Contact Database:
Members have access to a real-time
infrastructure of member contacts, a dependable escalation
path, and an industry wide forum to facilitate servicing
multi vendor end users.
