Your dedicated Success Manager will establish and maintain a regular member feedback program to track satisfaction, experience and adoption.

Solution Support Models

Your dedicated Success Manager will recommend Solution Support Models that improve the customer’s support experience. Solution Support programs fast track collaboration between partners.

Partner Programs

Elite members can host Co-Branded Partner Programs to deliver on the member success strategy and handle issues impacting the Member’s success. Your dedicated Success Manager will handle the marketing, administration, ongoing account management and partner onboarding.

Marketing and Training

Your dedicated Success Manager will coordinate co-marketing and awareness activities across members stakeholders (customers, partners, users). Includes: logo on homepage, social media awareness, co-branded materials for your partners and customers, and training and awareness for your support team.

Peer Networking

Your dedicated Success Manager will foster collaboration and networking with peers from other member companies by encouraging participation in Regional Focus Groups and management collaboration initiatives.
