Microsoft hosts TSANet North America Focus Group

Microsoft hosted the North America focus group on May 23rd in Redmond, WA.   The meeting focused on sharing best practices for Technology Partnerships and included an update on TSANet Connect 2.0 and workshops to define future initiatives.   Support and Alliance Partner leaders from Actian, Broadcom, Delinia, Cloudera, Microsoft, Cascadia Advisors, FT Works, Nutanix, Google, F5, Red Hat, Dell, Google, IBM, UIPath, NetApp, Cisco, AWS, Extreme Networks, Intel and Lenovo.

 

TSANet Technology Partner Framework

The TSANet Technology Framework has continued to be enhanced following the earlier meeting at Nutanix in 2024. An overview of the framework was presented for Members to provide feedback. The subsequent presentations from industry leaders contributed insights on best practices and laid the groundwork for workshop discussions.

The team then reviewed the status of the TSANet Technology Partner Framework above and the details of each level.   The Collaborative and Solution Support process models were also provided for feedback.

TSANet Connect 2.0 Update

An update was also provided on TSANet Connect 2.0.   This new system offers both improved functionality and an integration framework with connectors to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.   Details of the connectors and demonstration were provided.

Workshops and Next Steps

During the afternoon, a series of workshops provided input to the TSANet Strategy and Roadmap.

  • Partner Journey Workshop – Provided input on the Partner Journey by providing input on Personas and Resource Inventory
  • TSANet Roadmap Workshop – Provided Member with the ability to help rank items on the TSANet roadmap

 

Networking

These meetings also provide an excellent opportunity to network with other Members.    Some pictures below show the team at the Microsoft Campus, and the team later enjoyed a dinner with the TSANet Board of Directors.
