Red Hat integrated TSANet Partner Sign-up – Best practice Use Case

TSANet Elite Members can use the TSANet Partner Framework to set up Partner Programs so that all partners are included in the TSANet Connect platform. A best practice is to integrate TSANet sign-up into the Members partner program, so Partners are introduced to TSANet early in the process.

Red Hat has taken this a step further by integrating TSANet sign-up into its Partner registration flow, resulting in a fully integrated Partner experience.

Partner Experience

As the image above shows, the partner registers for the Red Hat Partner Program, which includes automating the TSANet registration process. Below are the steps and how integration with TSANet is accomplished.

  1. Partner logs into the Red Hat website (or creates an account).
  2. Partner completes the steps needed for Red Hat sign-up.
  3. Registration with TSANet sends the users email address to TSANet via an API call. TSANet then uses the domain to check company status and returns the result.
    1. If the user is already a TSANet member with a relationship to Red Hat send back OK – Already a TSANet member.
    2. If the user is not a TSANet member with a Red Hat relationship, the system passes the user to the TSANet sign-up process.
