TSANet (Technology Support Alliance Network), the industry’s largest vendor-neutral support alliance, proudly announces the appointment of Teresa Morris, Senior Director of Global Strategic Support Alliances at Cloudera, to its Board of Directors.

With more than 20 years of technology experience across Cisco, NetApp, and Cloudera, Teresa has led some of the industry’s most impactful global support initiatives—spanning commercial and secure public sector environments. She has built and scaled programs that unify partner ecosystems, drive operational agility, and elevate customer experience across complex, global landscapes.
In her current role at Cloudera, Teresa leads the Strategic Support Alliances organization, overseeing both Technical Partner Support Programs and the Support Account Management (SAM) function. Her work has redefined the post-sale support model through structured engagement, predictive service delivery, and a laser focus on measurable outcomes. She is recognized as a strategic operator who aligns cross-functional teams and turns customer support into a catalyst for growth, retention, and loyalty.

Teresa began her career in Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and had an opportunity to advance into public sector sales operations—where she helped define scalable, secure processes for complex enterprise environments. At NetApp, she held multiple leadership roles spanning customer support operations, partner enablement, global education services, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Across her career, she has earned a reputation for customer-first innovation, operational excellence, and ecosystem leadership. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business – Information Technology from North Carolina A&T State University.
