Broadcom hosts TSANet North American Focus Group Meeting

Broadcom hosted the North American TSANet Focus Group at their Palo Alto CA site on April 28th.   The meeting included an option to attend online and resulted in over 50 participants from Dell, CDW, Ruckus Networks, SMX, Lenovo, NVIDIA, Amazon AWS, Cloudera, Microsoft, Anyscale, Cohesity, DriveSavers, Actian, SUSE, NetApp, HPE, Oracle, Google, Cisco, Broadcom, IBM, Red Hat, Nutanix, Canonical and MongoDB.

2026 TSANet Plan Update

An update on the status of the TSANet 2026 Plan was presented and included a Demo of the latest versions of the Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics connectors.   TSANet has quarterly Webinars on 2026 plans, and you can register for the next update.

AI Best Practices – Cisco

Cisco provided an overview on how AI is used in the resolution process.  This approach is used in all case types including multi vendor collaborations.

Solution and OEM Support Workshop

This workshop looked at examples of Solution and OEM support models that are available on TSANet Connect.   The teams reviewed best practices and future features to better support these use cases.   This workshop will result in updates to TSANet Connect and best practices.  More information at the links below

Sovereign Support Workshop

Members are launching Sovereign Solutions that are driving requirements for Multi Vendor Sovereign Support.  One example of this is the IBM Sovereign Core.   The teams reviewed the requirements for sovereign support and what process and systems must be in place for multi vendor sovereign support.

Logs and Data Collection – Best practices for diagnostics and data collection for customers operating in air-gapped or highly restricted environments.

CRM Data Visibility – Requirements of the CRM system to ensure data visibility requirements.

Multi Vendor Collaboration– how organizations manage coordination, visibility, and data exchange.

Partner Validation – In a solution that includes multi vendor how to ensure Partner(s) have the capability to provide sovereign support

Prioritize Connect 3 Features

Th group provided input the list of TSAnet Connect 3.0 features.   The output of this workshop will be reviewed by the Technology Committee and added to the 2026 release schedule.
