Shawn Ray has joined TSANet as Head of Community Integrations, where he will lead efforts to expand TSANet Connect integrations and help Members connect the platform with their internal systems. Accelerating adoption through practical integration tools and support is a key part of TSANet’s strategy to simplify collaboration across the community.

Shawn brings more than 30 years of experience building and leading global customer support and support engineering teams for cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, developer tools, and enterprise SaaS companies. His background includes scaling follow-the-sun support operations, leading incident and escalation management, and partnering across Engineering, Product, Security, and go-to-market teams to improve reliability, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
