NetApp Hosts TSANet India Focus Group – Key Highlights

On June 19, 2026, NetApp hosted the TSANet India Focus Group in Bangalore, bringing together leading industry organizations to exchange insights and explore innovation in technical support. The event attracted a record-breaking attendance of more than 50 participants, both in person and remotely, with representatives from NetApp, IBM, Nutanix, UiPath, Cloudera, Microsoft, F5 Networks, Red Hat, Ruckus Networks, Trellix, Zoho Corp, and many others. Attendees discussed emerging trends, shared best practices, and examined how AI is transforming technical support and the overall customer experience.

Meeting Highlights:

Executive Keynote

Vasanthi Ramesh (Engineering VP and NetApp Site Leader) shared perspectives on the impact of AI in technical support, highlighting strategies for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective human–AI collaboration.

TSANet Update

Paul Esch presented a TSANet update, covering the SF May Release, Connect 3.0 focus areas, and the Partner Framework.

AI Sessions

  • How AI Changes the Nature of Customer Relations (moderated by Abhinav Bhargava, Nutanix)
  • Responsible AI and the Key Challenges of Applying AI in Technical Support (moderated by Shoumik Kumar, Red Hat)
  • Defining and Measuring the Impact of AI: Tools and Integrations(moderated by Pavan Kumar Vemu, IBM)
