The Technology Committee is an active working group made up of members who are already integrated—or actively integrating—with TSANet Connect. Participants provide real‑world feedback, validate and pilot new capabilities, and help prioritize enhancements that deliver the most value to the TSANet community.   Teresa Morris from Cloudera will Chair the committee and the following Members are included: Red Hat, IBM, Nutanix, Dell Technologies, Microsoft, Cisco and NetApp

The TSANet Connect 3.0 roadmap is taking shape through direct collaboration with members. During the first half of the year, the Technology Committee supported new releases and helped establish priorities for the second half. The committee is also advancing workgroups for the Salesforce App and integrated escalation capabilities while continuing to expand member integrations.

 

First Half Connect Releases

TSANet Connect releases delivered during the first half of the year

The first-half releases advanced the TSANet Connect 3.0 roadmap and addressed priorities identified through member feedback. These updates provide the foundation for the feature work and integration improvements planned for the remainder of the year.

Second Half Feature Priority

During the spring focus group meetings, members identified and ranked the feature priorities that will guide TSANet Connect development during the second half of the year.

Salesforce Workgroup
