NetApp hosted the TSANet North American Focus Group at its Durham, North Carolina, campus on September 15th. With both in-person and virtual attendance options, the meeting brought together more than 50 participants representing Actian, WEKA, Dell, Deepgram, DevRev, Microsoft, Google, MongoDB, Cloudera, SUSE, IBM, Verghis Group, NetApp, HaulHub, Red Hat, Broadcom, Nutanix, Oracle, Lenovo, ManageEngine, DriveSavers, Ontrack, Omnissa, OpenText, Rimini Street, and Ruckus Networks.

2026 TSANet Plan Update
The meeting included an update on the TSANet 2026 Plan, highlighting enhancements to webhooks and secure file transfer, along with an early look at the Developer Hub. Members shared TSANet Connect integration stories and demonstrated the support collaboration use cases these integrations have enabled.
Red Hat
Red Hat explained how it collaborates with IBM to provide sovereign support for the IBM Sovereign Core offering.
IBM
IBM shared its OEM use case, in which several downstream technology vendors collaborate to deliver product support.
Nutanix
Nutanix and Lenovo described how they collaborate to support a joint solution.
Deepgram
Deepgram showed how it integrated TSANet Connect with its DevRev system to enable collaboration with IBM’s watsonx Orchestrate platform.
Workshops
Interactive workshops generated valuable input for TSANet’s 2027 planning.
TSANet SWOT: Teams identified key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats:
- Strengths: The TSANet Connect Platform stood out as a key strength.
- Weaknesses: Participants cited limited marketing and awareness beyond support organizations.
- Opportunities: Expansion into service providers and agentic AI were identified as promising areas.
- Threats: Agentic AI was viewed as both an opportunity and a potential threat.
Triangle of Success: Teams discussed how to align key stakeholders around TSANet. TSANet will review the feedback with other regional groups and update the Member Roles documentation.
- Support Team: Identify key users and promote adoption.
- Partner Team: Demonstrate the value of a consistent support process for partner solutions.
- IT Team: Engage early to identify security, legal, and other technical requirements.
