The TSANet Board has approved the following changes to Limited Membership effective May 1, 2026. Limited Members are invited to TSANet through an Elite Members Partner Program. With over 800 Limited Members, these policy changes are designed to improve the Limited Member experience and define a clear upgrade path.
Limited to three relationships
Limited Members will be allowed to have up to 3 relationships. When the 4th relationship is added, the Member will be contacted 90 days before renewal to discuss upgrade options.
Single yearly Invoice
Limited Members will have a single yearly invoice. New relationships can be added at any time without triggering a new invoice. At renewal time, the number of relationships will be reflected in the invoice.
Streamlined relationship process
The process for adding relationships will be streamlined to eliminate delays and provide members with faster responses to new requests. This process will be fully automated in the second half of 2026. Members can view their total number of relationships by logging into TSANet Connect, navigating to the Admin section, and selecting My Partners.
Implement Success Process
The Member Success Process will be expanded to include Limited Members. This process will cover onboarding, expansion, and upgrade activities.
Introduce Integration Support
Limited Members have expressed that Integration Support would add value. Most effort and support are required during the solution’s creation. We will pilot this new process with two Elite Hosts and then expand to others.
