The TSANet Board and Management Team met on January 13-14 at Microsoft in Fort Lauderdale, FL to review the updated TSANet Strategy and set priorities for 2026. As an alliance of leading technology companies dedicated to improving multi‑vendor customer support, this annual planning session serves as a strategic checkpoint and an opportunity to align on ambitious goals for the year ahead.

Strategy and 2026 Plan
This year’s discussion centered around three major strategic pillars: strengthening the Technology Partner Framework, advancing TSANet Connect, and expanding opportunities for member engagement. These areas define TSANet’s approach to enhancing collaboration, improving support experiences, and driving value across the member ecosystem.

Strategic Pillars
Partner Framework
The Technology Partner Framework was defined in 2025. The framework provides best practices implemented in TSANet Connect for all Technology Partnerships (Certified, Solution, and OEM).
In 2026, the framework will expand to include Service Providers, initially focusing on Third‑Party Maintainers (TPMs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This evolution broadens participation, supports a more diverse group of support organizations, and strengthens the overall partner ecosystem. An initial group of pilot members has already been identified to help validate the expansion.
TSANet Connect
TSANet Connect 2.0, completed in 2025, delivered major platform improvements and laid the foundation for deeper systems integrations with Elite Members. Building on that momentum, TSANet Connect 3.0 will launch a new Technology Committee designed to gather structured member feedback and ensure enhancements reflect real-world operational needs. The Chart below shows the main enhancement areas for Connect 3.0.

TSANet Community
Member involvement continues to be foundational to TSANet’s mission. All Standard, Premium, and Elite Members may participate in Regional Focus Groups, which offer opportunities to network, exchange best practices, and influence future TSANet initiatives. Both in‑person and remote options are available for each region.
Elite Members may also nominate participants for the TSANet Board of Directors or TSANet Focus Groups and Committees, ensuring that leadership and innovation remain community‑driven.
Board Dinner
The TSANet Board Dinner is a special occasion that fosters meaningful connections, collaboration, and strategic discussions among board members and TSANet Staff in a relaxed setting. It provides an opportunity to strengthen relationships, enhance teamwork, and align on key organizational goals.
