All Members

TSANet Members are organized into one or more relationships, each one having different requirements and rules of participation. The tabs represent both Open and Custom/Private relationships. The "All Members" tab shows every company that belongs to one or more relationships

Basic TSANet

Membership includes a worldwide relationship with minimal entry requirements for vendors only. Members agree to isolate and/or resolve mutual customer, multivendor problems. Members define their own hours of support and response time, products supported and whether the call will be accepted on customers with or without support contracts.

Mission Critical/Premium

Membership that provides enterprise level support for customers entitled to 24/7/365 support and defined escalation process instructions. This is a relationship that is generally open, meaning not related to a specific set of customer configurations. It was formed with relationship elements to meet most enterprise level relationship bi-lateral agreements.
