On December 5, 2025, Nutanix hosted the TSANet India Focus Group in Bangalore, India, bringing together leading industry players to exchange insights and explore innovations in technical support. The event featured representatives from IBM, Nutanix, UiPath, Arcserve, Microsoft, F5 Networks, Red Hat, Cisco, CommScope, NetApp, Zoho Corp, and Broadcom, who discussed emerging trends, shared best practices, and examined how AI is reshaping operations, security, and the customer experience.

Meeting Highlights:
Executive Keynotes: Chad Singleton (VP, Service Strategy & Enablement at Nutanix), Srinivasan Sivaraman (Director, TLS APAC, IBM) and Mahesh Nunjundaiah (Nutanix) shared insights on the impact of AI in support and strategies for delivering exceptional customer service through human-AI collaboration.
TSANet Update: Paul Esch introduced new initiatives, including TSANet Connect 2.0.
AI Sessions:
- Customer relations and automation strategies from Nutanix and UiPath.
- Workforce management and support tools from Red Hat, UiPath, Nutanix, and IBM.
