TSANet makes improvements to Partner Programs

TSANet membership continues to grow with over 820 companies who have joined as members.   The growth of members over the past 3 years has been a result of the many Partner programs that our members host on the TSANet Connect Platform.   This provides an efficient way to manage a Partner Program that requires a collaborative interface to be in place with the support organizations.

New Onboarding Process

TSANet has improved the onboarding of new Limited members by now testing the members inbound collaboration process.   This final step of the process validates that the member has their internal process setup to receive an inbound collaboration request from the host member.   This extra step also provides the opportunity to talk with each Limited Member and clear up any points of confusion and ensure an escalation process is also in place.

New Partner Program Playbook

TSANet has created a Partner Program Playbook that takes the lessons learned over the part 10 years in creating and managing Partner Programs for our members.   This document helps members in understanding how Partner Programs are managed on the TSANet Connect Platform and what benefits it provides.   The Playbook covers the following topics:
